No repeat prescription requests will be taken over the telephone - written requests only (unless you are housebound and there is no one who can do this for you. (this is to avoid any mistakes occurring).
Care homes can have proxy access to order prescriptions or you can nominate someone to have proxy access to order them on your behalf - contact the surgery and complete the form for this.
You can order repeat prescriptions via our online service. Please speak to the receptionist providing ID so they can set this up for you.
Requests for repeat prescriptions may be handed in at reception. Please use the white section which is attached to your prescription whenever possible. If you include a stamped, addressed envelope we can send your prescription to you.
You should allow 3 working days (72 hours) before collecting your prescription or you can opt to have your repeat prescription collected by a local chemist.
Patients on repeat prescriptions should normally be seen at least once during the year.
Online Services
You can register Online to request your prescriptions, make appointments and request to see your medical records. To arrange this, please bring ID with you. eg Passport, Driving Licence etc and speak to the Receptionists to register for this “Online” service.
Alternatively, the Receptionist may register you for Online services if you are known to them but this does not apply to newly registered Patients.
Once you have your login details please sign into SystmOnline.
